We have a sponsorship form which you can download for
personal use to raise money/funds for Trust PA.

Important to increase your fund-raising ask if people are happy for us to claim the Gift Aid back from HM Revenue & Customs which adds 28% to the amount they donate.
To enable this they need to tick the Gift Aid Box but most important their home address and post code MUST be included or we can not claim the refund.
