Kenny Seager is cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End to raise funds for Trust PA. Many thanks Kenny and good luck with the trip. He is cycling with a friend and backup team, camping en-route. I am told that this is the hard way round cycling into the wind and although its travelling North South its not all downhill! We only found out the news from James, Kenny's brother at the KRFC 7's on Saturday, which was a lovely surprise.
Apparently the team have made it safely to Keswick in the Lake District (Saturday 3rd May) and the expected total journey should take about 1-2 weeks covering approximately 80miles per day.
If you see Kenny on route please dig deep to support his kind
fundraising for Trust PA.
Well done Kenny and many thanks we really appreciate you taking on this wonderful challenge
to help us end paralysis for SCI men women and children.

Info from Kenny
Kenny and friends have made it back home after their amazing 992 mile bike trip.
He tells me that his buttocks have at last recovered from 67 hours in the saddle which amounts to 5-6hrs per day over the 13 day trip. Travelling the route at an average speed of 15mph the second day was the hardest and the most challenging part being Cornwall with as many hills up as down! Near tragedy struck one of the team near Loch Ness when an incident on a slippery wet road ended with a buckled wheel. There were three riders a support van and trailer following so that they could camp nightly en-route. Good weather shined on them as they only had two wet days throughout the trip.
Welcome back Kenny and chaps well done and many thanks from Trust PA.
